Ok, any discussion about the meeting shall be post here.

List out your opinion. Voice it out, we're in one club anyway. Look out for each others back alright? Smile

However.. any discussion made here I hope you won't speak of it outside.. unless its withing our club. Don't spread our meeting around, alright?? Keep it to yourself..

Japanese Club Meeting

Time: 12.10-12.45pm
Date: Thursday 20th August 2009
Venue: GF - C7

Agenda:-
1- Art (Doujinshi/darwing/manga) competition
At the moment I'm leaving the work to..
- Wajdi
- Azra
- Nurul Hafizah
- Saiful
- Aqilah

Any suggestion regarding to the competition, ask them. And try to help them out.

2 - Sungkai together~~
- Choose a date between next week (24-30th August 2009). I'm sorry collection is not $7, its $5 >_<
- I highly recommend Misato at Kiulap, what do you guys think?

3 - About the carnival.. keep it low.. ok?? We still need to discuss about that.

Ok, so everybody is ok with our meeting today? (25th August)
This is only for the commitees btw... A.k.a yeah you five + Mars.

Have any ideas on how to do the advertisement??
For the mean time, I leave the work PR to Wajdi and Azra,
Secretary work for Qillah.

Azra, I saw you drive today~~ I was shocked!! Alongside with Saiful >_<

Are all you guys ok for a short meeting tomorrow (26th August 2009), until 1 actually but if you guys want to stayback until 2 then its ok.

I'll be going home late.

Waji, Azra, PR is lPublic Relation. In short you guys have to deal with the public, in our case, the students. Since we're organizing the competition (if jadi lah... amin >_<), you guys have to 'eavesdrop' people's conversation. Find out what they think about Japanese club and report back to me..

If they got problems, we'll try to sort it out together ok?

About the competition guys, I've seen Miss Jenie, she likes the idea, but she have to change the date to 31st August until 12th September. She wants us to do the judging during the school holiday, so that we can prepare the prize and stuffs. She took the proposal this morning and she will see the principal personally to talk about this.

Hope principal will give green light >_< Amin~~~

And remember the carnival? PRS and Adventure club wants to joined in too. Its gonna be a collaboration. The PRS I'm not sure.. cuz they haven't planned anything, the Adventure club already planned. They'll give us the proposal next week, and we'll be having an official meeting with both team.

So on monday, we're gonna have a meeting (check out reminders). Now this is just under planning, nothing confirmed yet. So do NOT spread this around.. Keep this to ourself..
